Born in Saigon from a renowned family of traditional musicians, Huong Thanh is one of the great female interpreters of traditional Vietnamese song.
The meeting with jazz guitarist Nguyen Le was a turning-point in her career. Nguyen Le blew a fresh wind into Huong Thanh’s songs.
Since then, Huong Thanh has found new flavors for her songs.
