Der italienische Pianist Dado Moroni hatte sich bei uns als einfühlsamer Begleiter amerikanischer Stars in der alten Zürcher Widder-Bar profiliert. Im April 1994 nahm er in der Alten Kirche Boswil seine erste Solo-CD auf. Das Album "With Duke In Mind" löste überall ein ausserordentlich positives Echo aus. Bei der gleichen Aufnahme-Session spielte der geschätzte Musiker noch eine Reihe weiterer Stücke ein, die jetzt unter dem Titel "The Way I Am" erschienen sind und dem ersten Solo-Album in keiner Weise nachstehen.
